KIKO Haul

As part of my on-going leave the house more campaign I went to the Reading Oracle shopping centre. I was excited to discover that there was a KIKO store there. I did some Googling and I believe that KIKO is cruelty free. I hope I'm not wrong about that!

A new Scottish love: Arran Aromatics

For those that know me in real life the fact I seem to be slightly attracted to things from North of the border is no surprise. My boyfriend was born and brought up in the Shetland Islands, James McAvoy is my favourite actor and I wear a lot of tartan for someone who lives an hour and a half away from the South Coast of the UK. Therefore, it seemed only natural that I would like Arran Aromatics. I've actually spent a small amount of time on the island as part of school trip when I was in Primary School. If you've never been then I'd recommend it, I'd love to go back one day.

Things that I bought on Holiday

I've spent the last two weeks in France. Where it wasn't really that sunny. I did a little bit of shopping while I was there. I'm a huge fan of French Pharmacy Skin Care. Their pharmacies are full of goodies and loads of brands. Some products you can get hold of here, some you can't. As you can see I bulk bought Serozinc. 

Boot Haul number something-or-other

So, I am well aware that one of my recent posts was me declaring that I was going on a spending ban and was only allowed to buy one thing. Remember that? Well this isn't me massively failing, it's me remembering that I had a ton of Boots points, so all of this was free. Thanks past me!

Edinburgh Space.NK. Haul

I caved in Edinburgh and brought two Blogger favourites from Space.NK. Sorry bank account. I'd like to apologise for the rubbish photos, hopefully they should improve from here on as I got a very nice early birthday present from my family of a camera.

Christmas has sadly been and gone but the beauty of beauty gifts is that you get to feel Christmassy whenever you use them. 2012 bought the Naked palette into my life and such is the power of Urban Decay I haven't hit pan on any of the shades even after a year of use.

Or why I really, really, really should not be allowed in Boots. Ever. I only went in for concealer. And had one of those moments at the till when they tell you the price and you just think "oh, OK then. I won't be getting much else this month then. Oops."

As I said on Twitter, yesterday I went to Boots to spend some of my student loan. They're also doing three for two on most make-up items and I'd just got my new advantage card tokens, no more excuses needed. This is what I bought.

Despite being pretty poor at the moment, I went shopping with a couple of friends to pick up some beauty bits. It was nearly fashion too but I talked myself out of the neon pink jeans.
