1) Who are your most influential bloggers? Who are the ones that you really rely on for reviews and swatches?
Vivianna Does Makeup takes the crown for this one. Closely followed by The Sunday Girl, Lily Pebbles and British Beauty Blogger. The lot of them are almost single handily responsible for about 80% of my make-up collection. Anna is making me want the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and a Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil.
2) Do you buy a product solely as a result from one review from your favourite bloggers, or do you look for more reviews from others?
Sometimes, if something is quite expensive I tend to do my research. If I can pick it up in Boots there's a chance I'll be on the hunt within minutes. Although, reading lots of reviews can get confusing as everyone says something different.
3) What is your most favourite item that you have ever bought as a consequence of blogs?
Anything from the French Pharmacies. Bioderma, La Roche-Posay, Nuxe. The Vichy BB Cream I bought on a whim because of The Sunday Girl is (maybe) my favourite base of all time.
4) What is your least favourite item that you have ever bought as a consequence of blogs?
4) What is your least favourite item that you have ever bought as a consequence of blogs?
Seche Vite and CND Vinylux. I must have weird nails but we did not get on. At all. Interesting I bought a gel nail kit before Christmas and even that doesn't have long lasting power. Am I doing something wrong?
5) Name 5 products you have bought recently as a result of blogs.
I haven't actually bought that much make-up recently. What? So here's five products: Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze, Vichy BB Cream, Revlon Lip Butter, Nuxe Reve De Meil lip balm and the Rimmel Apocalips.
6) Have you ever given into blogger hype? If so, which hype?
French pharmacy goodies. (I promise I'm not sponsored by La Roche Posay). Also, the Naked hype, as in Urban Decay. I'm resisting the Naked 3, but I think my Naked 1 might be lonely.
7) Have you ever avoided blogger hype? If so, which hype?
Anything I can't really afford. Mostly the expensive foundations. And I don't own a single MAC eye shadow.
8) Is everything you buy based on blogger reviews or are there some items you buy without checking out a review?
I don't really read mascara reviews and tend to just grab what's in front of me. There's some really loved ones I'd like to try out though. Clinique, I'm looking at you.
